We are delighted to welcome Cllr Jonathan Timbers, our new Labour councillor for Calder ward, where residents voted in the local by-election yesterday. He replaces Josh Fenton-Glynn as one of our Calderdale councillors, with Josh having stepped down shortly after being elected as our Labour MP for Calder Valley.

Jonathan has campaigned tirelessly over the past few weeks, supported by our local members and councillors, to represent Calder ward where he is a familiar face being a local resident of many years who is rooted in the community. He is passionate about the local area and people, and will be a strong voice for them in all council business.
